My workouts will therefore be less intensive, meaning I'll progress slower ... see that as a positive that you can enjoy the lead you have over me for a few more weeks

😁 mate given my age, knee issues for 3ys etc
and our similar weights AND the amount of time you spend riding , you should have blasted past me ages ago. I keep waiting for it to happen -I don’t think it ever will 😛

Life gets in the way of proper training - I ride to keep some fitness and for my mental health, can't go for anything more. Can't see me getting into B proper any time soon. Some nice looking workouts on SF though so who knows - they may help a bit :okay:

Anyone did a 10km race on zwift before? Basically it's like the start of a zwift race...only that continues for 13 minutes then you all out sprint for the line.

Really time pressured this weekend so was only way I'll probably get a cycle in

Funnily enough I have just raced 2 of them. 1st race I got beat by a 10 year old and came 3rd, 2nd race I got my own back, won it and beat said 10 year old by a minute. Not sure if I should be happy about that

As the races are less than 20 mins I presume the fact that I averaged 2.9 wkg doesn't mean anything? I haven't been DQ'd. Odd. Do you know @steverob?

No dqs in my race as there is no 20 minute power because the race is so short

Just rode in France for the first time. Really quite impressed. Good job zwift.
The scenery is well done but so far it's been too flat. The petit KoM is good but another hill is needed.

Ven top is going to be fun. Not going to get a chance to have a go until next week as a long ride down the coast and back tomorrow (if I get up in time).

Yer I held back until I got my new graphics card in and looks great.

I rode the French stage 3 course again just to have a closer look. With the bike in our living room at the moment my face is about 2 feet from a 55 inch screen. Looks pretty even on Atv. I am thinking of speccing a pc build from 2nd hand bits to run full detail at 4K.
