I’ve been using a 4iiii Viiiiva @JLaw since using AppleTV for the last month or so and it has been faultless, no dropouts on any sensors. I also think @Freelanderuk has the same setup.

I’ve found ATV to be much more convenient and stable compared to the dedicated Zwift Laptop I was using before.

Yes I use the 4iiii viiiiva heart rate monitor and ATV for Zwift and it’s faultless , I find that I have to have a few spare batteries available, if I leave it near the bike and ATV after I have finished Zwifting i think it can sometimes keep connected and run the battery down ,but if I take it in to the house I have no problems

It’s not that bad - general rule of thumb is , if anyone falls - first check the bike is ok then get camera out before they get up - and maybe then - and only then , drag them out of the traffic

But most important thing is take your camera on your ride, if i understood right?.
