Ive written off this summer, just local riding with Mrs. Enjoying the gym work, with squats going over 100kg now, see some muscle development again. I'll look at a structure workouts come autumn and winter

What was nice in C too, was they treated us like a team. They didn't see us as individuals, they knew we'd be riding as a team to help each other as we have in other races. That brought the DBR guys together as a team too which was a really good competition. Made it painful, but very enjoyable.

I asked Zwiftpower about this last week.

They assured me my points had gone to Cyclechat for each race, as long as you opt to ride for Cyclechat, but you have to opt in for each race individually.

For some reason, when you look at the individual rider list for all completed races, it seems to list your default team, which is bloody confusing. So, I show up as WTRL on that list, even though all my individual event results show Cyclechat.

Zsun always seem to race as a team in at least one event a week. The current league is on Tuesdays but I don’t know if that varies from one league to the next. This one is coming to an end I think. If you guys fancy some Cyclechat vs zsun vs whoever action then that’s there for consideration too.
