Yes I've set the meetup to "meet-up only view"!. Let's hope it all works smoothly later 🤞

did you set up on time or distance mate, but without joining in on the banter we only set up for the hour last night and id hate for you boys to miss any by running out of time

The best thing - for this type of event in particular - is I assume we will be able to see everyone in the meetup who is ahead or behind us, and the time splits on the leaderboard. Instead of the usual situation where once you split up, the leaderboard would be full of other random riders on the course

That should be right.

I used Meet Up only view for our club run last week and I think that's how it worked.

It's just set for distance and the Watopia Figure 8 course. 30.7km - an hour would be plenty even with the 9 minute wait though

just incase might want to add a bit on, allow for the run-in?
don't want the meet banner before the finish line, don't suppose it matters how much past it as we'll all stop anyway
