So I put a small spreadsheet together to capture the replies to a potential Hare and Hounds race that @bridgy suggested earlier. I was going to attach the file for people to update. I could do that still but thought it might get a bit messy, so I've just attached a copy below.

So far, I think we've got 10 interested. I've added Carl as a maybe as I'm sure he'll take part if he can, so this way we keep the option open for him.

If everyone else can let me know if you're a Yes, No or Maybe then we can finalise numbers and sort out teams.

If I've missed anyone out, please let me know.

It looks like it could work. Hopefully some other guys haven’t seen this yet either. I’m sure @peterob will get on board overtime when hopefully his back has improved. @CXRAndy will get on board if he can pull himself away from cream teas and visits to local stately homes! And maybe @Brusgaard will get on board if we call it the Danish handicap league or something similar 😄. @Alongo has been putting in a lot of work lately I see. What do you say bud? @bobinski? I know it’s short notice mate... do you have any handicap race related excuses lined up or will you need more time? I’m sure there’s other people I’ve left out but I don’t want to waste too many insults in one post

I think it’ll actually be fairly straight forward picking teams. Because we can all say who is relatively close to us at the present time. And then juggle it a bit over time? But maybe that’s better left to Del who seems to have a good handle on it all. And @BurningLegs I think your poll was a good idea. It seems most people are already booked in Tuesday and Thursday with league races and the ttt. So it might be a bit of a tough one crowbarring it in.

Great time up the Alpe @<Tommy> I’m fairly sure I set my time in one of last springs Tour of Watopia races so I would have been going full tilt.

ive succumbed to the v.everesting challenge and targetting 24th May so ill see plenty of the Alpe in The coming weeks. I doubt however If I’ll be setting any records that day.

have you joined the e everesting Facebook page? Loads of good info on there. I think about the challenge from time to time. But it really is a horrific day I think. But if you defo do attempt it that day I’ll join you for a couple of climbs if you want the support mate. Let me know.

The Everest challenge? Not sure I want to. Do you? I’ve done three climbs in a row twice and felt like crap after both times. Probably have to taper for a few days beforehand. Feel like crap afterwards. Spend all day on the turbo in summer. It’s not exactly screaming out “let’s do this right now!!” is it? Dunno... if you said you or a few of us were serious I’d probably begrudgingly sign up...

Fancy this crit race then whippet?
