Not too bad Carl, 9W.Did the FTP ramp test today - came up with an estimate of 241. Not as high as I was hoping, and lower than this time last year (250) but is in line with what I set when I do Zwift workouts. I'll try and do this every few months or so to see how I'm progressing; I'd like to see 250 again at some stage!

The online calc estimates my vo2 max at 56.1 ml/kg/min which seems to be 'excellent' for a bloke of my age. This surprised me - but not sure how accurate this is so i'll take it with a little pinch of salt.
