As I said, I don't think he'll even be in D by then. Based on his profile, he enters all the DBR races (three per week) and if he goes above about 2.57 (as he did yesterday) in any of them this week, he'll tip over to C. If that hasn't happened by next Monday, I think we should unleash @Marino.g on the first lap climbs to smash it, with the aim of forcing him to follow and push himself hard enough that he does go over!
I think he maybe too clever for that but I’m at your service.
I can break away just enough for him to follow which leaves you and Joffey to sit on his wheel.

Framed my Watopia map today and hung in the cave, got the frame for free of Facebook marketplace and just resprayed it silver

The guy that keeps winning by staying under the wattage radar is Jason bartrum but on Zwift he goes by J.B DBR. and rides a tron bike.
All you need to do is stay on his wheel and make sure that no Cyclechat riders tows him along.
I reckon you would beat him on the flats Joffey.

I hope so! I don't know he was on a Tron bike - I'll keep a beady eye out for him and try and beat him on my new Cervelo S3!

Speaking of the torn bike (as used by the DBR guy in D Cat) - a quick reminder to all the relative newbies about the challenges in Zwift!

That tron bike is the best bike you can get in Zwift until something like Level 33, so get yourself signed up to the Everest challenge. The only way to get the tron is to complete the Everest challenge and just keep going!

I did one on Bkool called a reverse interval. IIRC 110% of ftp for 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minutes with 2 minutes rest between 7 to 6 and 6 to 5, 90 seconds rest between 5 to 4 and 4 to 3 then 60 seconds rest between 3 to 2 and 2 to 1. It made me xx(.

I've seen another where it is at 115% 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes, then one of 30 Seconds with 30 seconds rest between each effort, rest 5 minutes and do it again :headshake:
Ladder Interval
I want to get stronger, not die :surrender: They look brutal!

Was just gonna ask the same thing.

UCI Richmond is a little less hilly than London but not much more- it was one of the stages in the feltet.dk series, Petersen beat all of us there (but only came 6th)
Once the sandbagging rules kick in, and we no longer have B's doing the work, the race dynamics will change. Look at last night on the run in to the 1st Box climb ... the B's were dragging us all along at a massive pace. Take them out of it and suddenly the Cs wanting to win will either have to expend more energy to breakaway, or that blob will be bigger as more riders can hang on. Be really interesting

Can't wait for London Greater Flats! No hills! The fat mans course! :hyper:

I'm gonna beat that James Bartram that day if it's the last thing I do!!! :boxing:
You've got the climb past Green Park .... not steep, but quite long and fast. Sticky draft there is a bugger; get caught behind the wrong person and you can lose a wheel. The tactic there is to go into the tunnel towards the back of group (or about place 10-15) and just before it starts to go up put the power down. This kicks you into the front as you start to climb, leaving others stuck behind you, or as others come past you have wheels to grab on to :okay:

Just realised we had 11 finishers last night in the Danish league race across the 3 categories. Add to that Andy, Lars, Martin and Pete who also join these races, that's a pretty good Cyclechat turnout :okay: Not quite the level of participants that the DBR team get, but still great to see so many of us giving it a pop. :wahhey:

Edit: Forgot to add Steen's mate who is joining us next week too (Torben), and Brendan (if his work will stop booking calls on race night!). Hopefully Bridgy can join some of these league races too going forward.

I'm 75% done the Everest challenge - it's that challenge again about 4 times for the Tron bike innit?
