They've updated the league with the primes- how do you find the team results? Can't imagine they will have changed much

So Richmond 2 x full UCI lap is the next race, yes? Can anyone remember what the rest of the schedule is? I can't for the life of me find the original post and can't do a search cause it was an image. Knowing that I won't be able to make all of these, so would like to at least try to make it on dates where the course suits me!

Stage 5 looks good then - especially as the bloke who won our last two D races (and came 2nd in the other) will probably be a C by then - he's on something like 2.497 w/kg at the mo - meaning the field will be completely opened up. Also liking Stage 9, as that's only got one climb and a lot of flat afterwards.

And there's a good chance for some subterfuge on the final stage. I'm sure some savvy riders will know to use mountain bikes, but I have a feeling that most won't - you've just got to hope that some loudmouth doesn't give the game away in the chat in the pens. I'd probably turn up with a road bike but then with 30 seconds to go switch to an MTB, so that even if anyone else notices, it's too late for them to do anything!

Do I recall that it is your best 6 results that count? Or was that another series?

I tried that before ..... but it hurt :cry:definitely need 2 mins rest between each interval
I did one on Bkool called a reverse interval. IIRC 110% of ftp for 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minutes with 2 minutes rest between 7 to 6 and 6 to 5, 90 seconds rest between 5 to 4 and 4 to 3 then 60 seconds rest between 3 to 2 and 2 to 1. It made me xx(.

I've seen another where it is at 115% 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes, then one of 30 Seconds with 30 seconds rest between each effort, rest 5 minutes and do it again :headshake:

Was just gonna ask the same thing.

UCI Richmond is a little less hilly than London but not much more- it was one of the stages in the feltet.dk series, Petersen beat all of us there (but only came 6th)

The guy that keeps winning by staying under the wattage radar is Jason bartrum but on Zwift he goes by J.B DBR. and rides a tron bike.
All you need to do is stay on his wheel and make sure that no Cyclechat riders tows him along.
I reckon you would beat him on the flats Joffey.
As I said, I don't think he'll even be in D by then. Based on his profile, he enters all the DBR races (three per week) and if he goes above about 2.57 (as he did yesterday) in any of them this week, he'll tip over to C. If that hasn't happened by next Monday, I think we should unleash @Marino.g on the first lap climbs to smash it, with the aim of forcing him to follow and push himself hard enough that he does go over!
