Anyone able to post the translations (specificially of the C race) here? When I try the links, a pop-up asking me to subscribe to a newsletter appears over 90% of the page and Google Translate won't let you click on the "X" to dismiss it - instead it thinks you want to query the translation of the pop-up itself. Even if I go to the original page normally and close the pop-up, it still re-appears when I try the translated version again!
I manage to remove that pop-up somehow. So here is what it says about C-race.
C class (summary follows further down in the article)
Allan Mikkelsen won in Tuesday's C-Class 2 section of the Feltet.dk Race Series, when he referred Kenneth Larsen (DCU) and Jan Bladt (DBR) to the lower seats on the podium in a reduced mass sprint.Mikkelsen's victory came after a hard race, with just 32 of the 149 starting riders taking the front group to the finish despite a largely flat route. In the overall standings, a seventh place was enough for Michael Petersen (DBR) to take the lead ahead of Larsen and Peter Konggaard (Xtreme Masters).
Stage Summary (C-Class)
On Tuesday evening, the second section of Feltet.dk's new E-sports racing series Feltet.dk Race Series was run by the stack at Zwift.
One round of the largely flat Watopia Waistband waited for all five classes.A total of 149 C riders participated, and 127 of these remained part of the field, as the inpatient spurs should distribute the division's first points after 2.3 kilometers. Here Michael Lykke Fog (DBR) opened a long spurt with 8 watts per. pounds and he secured the five points.Jan Bladt (DBR) got four, Michael Petersen (DBR) three, Kasper Andersen (IMOK) two and Jan Gregersen (DBR) a single point in the sprint. As in the other classes, the sprout meant that the field was stretched and then cracked.78 riders thus drove away from the others and continued along the flat desert road at almost 45 kilometers per hour. Thus, not many attacks were decided, but the pace made the race a hard race. When the riders reached the top of the hill after ten kilometers, only 27 riders were left in the front. A group of ten men hung just a few meters behind, and on the small descent, it was just that for this group again managed to reconnect to the front.
37 riders thus reached the underwater tunnel well over halfway through the race, and when it was time for a trip out on the volcano island a few kilometers later, that number was reduced to 34.The importance of sitting ahead at the bottom of the small hill on the volcanic island was clearly well known in the field, and the position match meant that the field was stretched well as the riders approached the hill. Here about ten riders got into trouble, but only two were set as the field drove through the interior of the volcano. That's why 32 riders were back in the battle for the win and that didn't change the last few flat miles back to the desert. Thus, the race was settled in a reduced mass sprint, and here Kenneth Larsen (DCU) opened. However, the rider from the DCU team was spotted by Allan Mikkelsen, who grabbed the victory ahead of Larsen and Bladt.
