How much of a % were you up on those Italian pedals? I'd guess about 2%?
Around the 3% mark on 10/20 minute power but sprint power seems way off - Iā€™ve limited data to compare as Iā€™ve not done many sprints but one of the analysis was 11% difference on 5s power.

Where is your left/right balance displayed? Is it easy to do drills to get you on 50/50 if you off center?
I only have the single sided uno. i did ride on a Wattbike and from memory the balance wasnā€™t far off
Do you use them only on your outdoor road bikes now?
Iā€™ve got them on my turbo training bike so I can dual record. Iā€™ve definitely lost some power this winter due to various factors including the fact I havenā€™t done any proper structured training - just raced but guess Iā€™ve been enjoying that social element of it more than I did previous ā€œoff-seasons.

i donā€™t know about you guys but Iā€™m almost wishing the winter wonā€™t end as Iā€™ll have this debate going on in my head about cancelling the Zwift subs and riding outdoors only.[/QUOTE]

Just done the PRLHalf route ,work out the first hour then just rode to get the route completed, 4 times up Box hill with a PB on the 3rd time by 1m 30s 3 hours on the turbo, glad I have a rocker board šŸ˜€šŸš“ā€ā™‚ļø
I was aiming for the same route later :okay: Not sure how hard to ride yet, might pootle, or might push

Not a bad route but at the end we turned for liegth hill and I thought not another one but it misses it and just loops back to the tunnel šŸ˜€
Was also wrong about my Box hill PB ,I didnā€™t smash it only on my 30 day best šŸ¤¬
I was going to set aside 3 hours, and see you too 2:40, so I should have enough time to complete it :okay: Might just set up ERG to 185 and pootle away

How do you do that ,set up erg ? Enlighten me pleasešŸ˜€
As Andy and Paul say, either in workout mode or via a separate app.

I've just created a custom workout that is 5 mins warm up (120 - 150 watts), followed by a segment at 190 watts for 2:55

This will just holds my watts steady in ERG mode, but as i get tired i can either come out of ERG or reduce the wattage needed by up to 10%. Hopefully i can hold those watts for most of that 3 hours

I think I would be inclined to have small variations in power over the time frame, some at 200w some at 170 etc.. just to vary the workload, rather than a static 190w for the duration
I was thinking the same and did build it that way first but then I started to over-think it so just set it all at 190, figuring I can come out of ERG every now and then to either push a bit harder, or take a rest. I can always use the % change too to tweak the power as I feel fit as the ride goes on. The problem with a long ride is knowing how you'll feel 90 mins in, so what I set prior to the ride may not match how I'll feeling later - this is where I ca just come out of ERG or increase/decrease power on the fly. :okay:

Probably worth saying I do try to vary the cadence on the ride too, standing up at times, spinning a bit faster, slowing down etc, just to give me a bit of variation.

3-hours is long time on a saddle, indoor and outdoor. Refuel is vital in that kind of long training session, better take enough drink and energy gels and bars next to you or banana or at least something to eat.
