Hmmm that Cat C winner - apparently 100kg but only 5 foot 9. That would be basically my height (give or take 2cm) but carrying an extra 22 kilos of weight 🤔

Suspicious pattern of winning c races then having the odd 2.7/2.8w/kg race in the middle.

Mind you not sure if someone would weight dope the other way on zwift? Can't be effective unless the course is downhill or thereabouts surely

His pulse is lower in those with lower wkg, and he finished in the top spots anyway. No need to waste energy if already in the top spots or way behind the next rider. I don’t think it looks that odd.

Yesterday was a shortish flat route, meaning us heavier riders could keep the speed and pulse a bit more consistent. Avg. wkg was higher than normal across the board, I think.

His profile looks normal to me, 182cm, its his age which gives him a boost. He was cruising mostly 20bpm below peak

Actually Paul, you were cruising mostly looking at your usual numbers lower Watts and 19bpm below peak

I think so far the experience of the Danish series is the C's are enjoying the events more than the B's.

It nice to be at the pointy end in a race
