When man come 50 you don't know what is in his mind, you can only guess, even looking in his eyes you can figure out lot of thingsThere's a man showing his age![]()
Categories are launched in alphabetical order with 1 minute between categories.Assuming the lower cats go off first, I think the stronger riders in those cats will have a big advantage over the slower riders in higher cats .. let me explain ....
D off first, followed by C, B and finally A. The assumption is that the faster cats will catch the slower cats. This will mean that there will be a chance that the stronger riders in say C, could potentially jump on the B train as it comes past (like the Hare and Hound races).
Now consider poor little me in B cat. Dropped in the first 2 mins and riding on my own. I might catch a few D and C stragglers in the race, but I'm unlikely to reach the main C group who will be now having a free ride with the lead B group.
The way I see it, every C rider should beat my time easily. No excuses![]()

I thinking hanging on for dear life is all we knowAny team tactics other than hanging on for dear life?
Any team tactics other than hanging on for dear life?
Interesting .... so once I get dropped I'll have time to look at the sceneryNot sure, but most races I have been doing lately, the cats have been completely separated, i.e. the B’s do one race with only B’s in it, the C’s another with only C‘s and so on.
My tactic is to find a wheel, any wheel and hang on for dear lifeAny team tactics other than hanging on for dear life?
Hang on for dear life, and after that hope for a teammate to drop back or catch you. Then work together from there on..
Stiff little fingersThe flappy loose skin is the after effects of being a fat bast**d for 30ish years 😀😂😂😂😂
Anybody get any recommends for good cycling cd’s to get a rhythm going as just set up a small hifi next to my trading area
They say it's 3 laps and there's a sprint 1.5 km from the line (Wherever that is)I thinking hanging on for dear life is all we know
Do you know how the intermediate sprints work in the race? Is it at the end of each lap or are there sprint 'segments'. I never pay attention to KoM or sprint sections on Zwift so don't know what to look out for.
