Problem with that it includes my warm up and downs
Edit ill look at 1 of my bkool races in strava
Take 20-30 watts off your BKool rides as they definitely over estimate for me by about these values :okay:

You suffering a bit too? Tried to warm and spin my quads tonight on the Zein social Knowing I have W7 tomorrow. Got rerouted due to starting late and had to sprint to catch Later on the course. Very foolish.
My last block was 3x20 mins at 229-239 watts with 10 minutes rest at 105 watts suffered near the end.

I have a similar plan Breedon. I've not used trainerroad yet but I'm hoping I can get into it as I want to do focussed training consistently through the winter. I also need to race against other people too though. I need a certain level of competition to keep me motivated and entertained. Hopefully I can fit both into a structured routine.

I feel exactly the same - and have been considering how best to mix the two. It's a bit difficult to contact TR and ask them for advice about how to incorporate a weekly Zwift race

Huge changes to Zwift link

Another addition is that we've now added realtime placing to our races. This means you'll know roughly where you stand in the group during a ride. Soon after a race starts Zwift will display the name of the event, along with your current rank within the group at the top of the Riders Nearby panel on the right of your screen. We'll also be showing this during group workouts so you can see how you're doing against your p

I'm up for that...
Monte, Whorty,

Thursday's KISS EUR is on the volcano ccw route (7 laps). I've placed well on it before -- minimal climbing. Rewards drafting and sustained power for around 50 minutes. It'd likely be a good course for the three of us.

I've got a meeting, but hoping I can get my part done, then jump onto the bike and join.

I'll be doing bkool race Thursday hence racing zwift tonight. Bill has created a downhill league so should be fun and really mix the league up

I can't do Thursday evenings at the moment, (dad taxi) it's a shame as I've enjoyed (well afterwards) the last two Thursday kiss races.

Looks like we have another B cat rider @Whorty placed 8th in B cat
I won Cat C then got pushed up. BUT, I think Zwift was being very kind to me tonight. I was holding back and hitting 270 watts. When I pushed I was hitting 450+ watts - bonkers! I entered the C race but if I knew they would promote me automatically I'd have pushed on

2 things changed today which could have impacted the Zwift power ... they did a software update, and I pumped the tyre from 80 to 100 psi. I can only assume the Zwift update buggered up the way it controls the BKool pro. Oh well, seems it's not just the BKool BSIM that is generous to BKool Pro riders
