You're likely seeing instantaneous wattage. You might consider setting it to a 3-second average. That's still responsive, but should smooth things out.
@JLaw - i have the power set as instant rather than 3-second average. What do you think is the best and what is the pro and con of each?

Zsun rides are good been on a ZZRC sub 2 ride as well, sub 2 rides are good for active recovery rides so nice and easy spin, what ever group ride you do DONT GET DROPPED ^_^
I'm used to being dropped by now ..... it would almost feel strange not to be dropped :tongue:

I don't have a strong opinion here. I think I'm using 3 second average because a buddy of mine suggested 3-second averaging a couple years ago when I first got the kickr and commented how jumpy power numbers were.

I could perhaps come up with pros and cons, but in the end I doubt it matters in practice -- whatever helps you get a good feel for how you're riding is probably best.

When I pushed a bit harder tonight I was around 3 w/kg, when relaxing I was about 2.3 w/k. I could hold the latter quite easily but the former was an effort and OK for a short ride but I'd burn out over a longer ride. 2.5 as you say might be about ride :okay:
Sounds like you'd be a solid C class racer. Juanjo is winning a bunch of the KISS EUR races at 2.9w/kg -- consistently beating folks in the 3.1 w/kg range.

Power improvements for me in Zwift since I last used it in May. Could of course be Zwift being kind to me last night but if not that's 45+ (25%) watts improvement which is in line with the improvements I've seen in Bkool. Clearly my real life/non-turbo power isn't as strong as many of you but I am definitely going in the right direction :okay:

After W5 yesterday I thought I would try the men's endurance ride today. 3 bouts of 10m at 3.5w/k with 5m in between at 2w. I forgot 3.5 is my ftp so a little tougher than I antivipatef. And perhaps tougher because of last nights ride.
Recognised some Kiss C and B riders from the racing who kept wanting to go off the front but didn't/couldn't bite^_^

Tonights ride on the sprint section i could see the end but it was no arch for the start so didnt really know where it started
On the mobile link whats the orange button on the bottom for looks like a stop button
Road feel on or off
