You know if you started running a few times a week you could probably take a shot at the London marathon. I’m sure a few of the boys would be more than happy to chip in some sponsorship if they saw you putting in the extra miles. Just saying...
I'm enjoying doing a bit of running and happy to take a slight hit on the cycling form if that's what it takes, so fill your boots! :okay:

Well boys after reading everyone’s take on last nights ride I’m not feeling much towards riding it on my own tonight now.
plan b site meeting near home tomorrow around 4 ish.:okay:

I could do tonight if interested? I was looking to do a slow recce of the start bits of the course, ready for Thursday, but could easily change this to a race night :okay: I could be ready to ride at about 5:30. Let me know if interested and I can set up a meeting event

Of course, anyone else interested too do let me know.

All jokes aside I’m sure short term losses will equate to long term gains. Fingers crossed anyway! I know from my own perspective and maybe the other guys like breedin and berty who do physical work might have a view on it too. That even though I’m tired through the week, when I’m well rested a think I get a positive benefit from it overall.

I don’t know about this. Spent week before last pulling network cables in ceilings for a new install and because of using different motions overhead I’m still paying the price.

Tomorrow is Eric Mins thanksgiving ride. There are now nearly 1600 participants. Just add myself in that event.

I‘m sure your just lacking the consistency Randy. Come over and work for me for a few weeks and you’ll be like a machine!:training:

Alternatively have you seen those crossbows you can get to fire cables across ceilings?

Because there isn’t a thread for building projects how about an update here? But don’t post pictures if they’re going to look like the cedar movie house. That will just make the rest of us jealous.

Aptly timed Randy

We have been working towards getting full design, build drawings and quotes. Quotes have started to come in and frankly it's been a bit of a body blow. They are 3.5 times what we were initially proposed by the quantity surveyor. We are now at a crossroads, whether to redesign, scaling down or packing it in and selling the land.
