N.B. Last Meetup we did, the segment finish banner was AFTER the meetup finish line, so keep pedaling after you cross the blue meetup line (not all of us did )

Times so far that I'm aware of:
Tommy: 53:57
Lee: 54:38
Bridgy: 54:51
Whorty: 1:01:25

@IrishAl I can't ride tonight either and Wednesday probably best for me too so I could possibly join you Wednesday evening - what time would be best for you?

6pm or 7:30pm GMT would suit me best @bridgy - the earlier slot allows me to get straight on the bike after work, or the later one I can get some grub before and leave time for it to settle. But if neither work for you let me know and I can adjust. Better to have some company than go solo.

@<Tommy> - just doing a bit of over-analysing, and if my maths are correct, the current situation would leave me 2 seconds ahead of you overall - can't get much closer than that!

Now, are absolutely you sure you won't have time to make another attempt so that I know wehther I'll be safe taking it easy if needed...? :cuppa:

I think if I were to re-do a stage it would be the time trial. I have a feeling I could take a bit of a chunk out of my first attempt knowing the course a little better like you and lee did 2nd time around. But I won’t . I prefer live races so if I do race this week I’ll most likely pick one of those.

I won't be able to make the meetup race tonight unfortunately. Can someone please put up a message at the start of the meetup to warn people about where the segment finish line is, just in case they haven't been keeping up on here - maybe you could do this please @Whorty ?

If you go to analyse tab, you can grey out any length of the event to get time/ave power/HR/cadence. I greyed out start to top of pretzel for Tommy
Ah, OK - I make it about 36 minutes for Tommy from the start of the segment to the top of the radio tower doing this

I'm 90% sure to be there, dependent upon HID, so yep, will do :okay:

I haven't done nothing special for Vo2 max, just normal ride on variated terrains. Last time when i did outdoor ride Garmin says my maximal oxygen uptake was 46, which is pretty good for my age (55). Not used my Garmin computer on indoor rides so don't know what it is now.
Just test on Zwift my Vo2max, it is 45 now.
