Cadence sensor is Bluetooth on the left crank arm ,the Neo 2 I use has built in cadence sensor but I have never used it as it requires a connection to the companion app which I sometimes don’t use, will buy some batteries today and replace

Edit

Sorted new battery in the cadence sensor and reconnect to the 4iiii and all is good again
Cheers

After several years of procrastination, I have finally signed up with a coach. Spoke to him at length last night and will start on 1st October. If people are interested, I'll pop occasional reports in here how I think it is going.

This guy uses Training Peaks, so I have set up an Account - and I was strangely impressed how he can pop a workout in my Training Peaks Account and it magically appears in the Zwift Workout Menu

My cadence has been up and down last few rides, so could well be the battery finally dying in the sensor - HR and power are consistent as they are coming from strap and the turbo.

Seem like young bob has lots of the same questions as I do.

I’d be interested to hear what type of after session feedback you get.

Are you going to intergrated Thursday races into your routine?

I'll post some views as we go along.

Problem with the Thursday races is that the time doesn't really work for me. Me and my good lady normally go out on a Thursday evening

Reminder that it's stage 3 of the league tonight if you can make it - will be good to see as many of you as possible on the start line!

It's the Greatest London Flat stage - 25km so a bit shorter than the previous two stages (30-40 minutes)

I’m still not racing. I still can’t put weight on my hand so it seems a bit pointless and more productive to stick with traineroad exlusively for at least another week.

For the record. Just because I’m using this clear and obvious physical and emotional ailment as a reason for not racing. It obviously doesn’t mean anyone else’s excuses are acceptable !

Do I detect a tad of cynicism? Probably why I haven't taken the plunge before.

This is a guy who trades as Crown Coaching. I chose him as he was recommended by a couple of guys who were at the GF World Championships and also he is one of the least expensive I've seen. There is no fixed term so if I am unhappy I can cancel at any time. No guarantees of course

He is a Police PT Instructor and a Level 3 BC Coach (highest level).
