Hoping to do the Zwift Academy Dimension Data Group Ride at 2.50 today. Take it nice and easy.

Did Workout #1 of ZA yesterday. Fairly tough but do-able.

I find if I stop pedaling it gets a lot easier. A little boring but very easy!

How are you finding zwift AC? Have you managed to put many miles in?

I've done one workout and one group ride so far. There are 7 weeks left to complete - so feels like it can be pretty spread out. May do workout #2 today.

I’ve done 1 & 2. Both great & fairly hard. I’m dreading 3, it doesn’t look taxing at all, it looks rubbish & boring with a few very short pointless sprints.

Hi Guys ,glad to see you all still here , I dropped of the face and the cycling nearly came to a stop as I got a bit of the black dog after Mom passed and started to hit the bottle, all is good now and started to get some time on the road and the Neo and Zwift are getting used again more regularly , put about 4LBs on but that’s gradually coming off

Good to see you back mate. Obviously been a touch time but no better way to beat the blues than riding a bike or, err, a NEO
Have a look at the meet up thread and you will see TT is organising a Ventoux trip next July. Dodgy CC logo’d top mandatory.

Anyone else doing Zwift Academy this year?
I wasn't going to, but changed my mind after you posted and joined up tonight.

Thought I wouldn't have time to complete all the rides, as I'm away for a couple of the weeks, but there's less rides than I thought, so I think I can fit them in.

Rode the social group ride tonight which was very pleasant. I suspect the workouts might be less agreeable?

Glad you are coming through it, getting on the bike is a really positive sign and can be great therapy in itself but hope you've also got someone to talk to, don't be afraid to go to your gp if you need to.

Glad you're back mate. I use riding as an escape from the stress of caring, hope it works for you as it does for me. Having that hour a day to yourself, doing something positive, can help reset the battery (if only temporarily).

See you online mate :okay:
