I don’t think there’s anyway Ineos let Thomas attack Bernal. But there’s plenty of others looking to move up. Should be fireworks! Dunno if Alaphillipe will hold on or not? Hard to call isn’t it!

What I meant in jocular was Thomas and Kruijswijk will be hoping to move above Alaphillipe. Its a super short stage, the only one who looks weak is Frenchie.

Cant see Bernal being too concerned about an uphill sprint.

Yeah definitely. But I have a feeling it’ll be the standard Ineos tactic of keeping a high tempo to try and protect against attack’s. They’ll put protecting the yellow jersey before thomas potentially moving up. So thomas is domstique first today then anything else is a bonus? But I think you’re right in the Alaphillipe my suffer as a co sequence. But then how the f#ck has he stayed strong for this long?! It’s crazy really. I’m kind of rooting g for him to get second even if it’s not that likely. If he doesn’t get on the podium at all it’ll be pretty gross.

That is main reason why i don't have Specialized. I like them but price is way too high, especially with Di2 and eTap.

In a neighbour municipality is a triathlon competitions today and temperature is about +35°C. That test physical condition well enough. There are Sprint and Olympic distances.

That frame colour is lush but I think the bike will then end up even more expensive I could wait for a price drop but, you know what it's like, I want it now Saying that, HID is having complications at the moment and I can't leave her for more than 10 mins just in case, so I'm torn ..... buy now and potentially not use it much as I can't get put at all, or wait 6 months when I could have used it for the previous 6 months, but we get to a stage in 6 months where HID is even worse and I can't get out at all! Argh .... Decisions, decisions.

They don't seem any more expensive than other brands (except Bianchi, which I love but they seem so much more expensive than any other bike). Was hoping to pull the trigger today but have medics here at the moment so may have to be patient () until next week.

I know. It's really easy to find reasons to not buy something but HID thinks I should treat myself (actually, she's offered to pay for most of it out of her bonus this month).

Specialized are buggers for sticking close to rrp. On the flip side they do have an excellent reputation for after sales service. And also give lifetime warranty on their frames which is re assuring.
