I wish I had that problem, 4w/kg for me is near enough 400w.
Same here, that's like max 5 minutes effort

i think me n Dean are waiting for a bobinski to show his handI am waiting for Dean or Berty to post a fast one and then to have to go after it. My bkool ride was an aberration- how could I be so much faster than most of the others including the lightweights? - and I expect RGT to be more indicative of real power and above all, stamina

Good frames those Viners I have the Mitus 0.6 super light.I always wanted a planet x sl pro in pink and so, depending on what Giant say about my frame , this may be a possible replacement especially at 20% off at the moment. It may not give me the absolute performance a caad12 or similar will give but its pink! Though not at full price.
I'll be doing the vonteux ride a bit later.
ISTM that general advice for a climber would apply to you. You want to punish the heavier riders on the climbs and tuck into the draft when not climbing. The heavier riders are going to want to do the opposite and beat you up on the flats. I'd expect your best results to occur on courses that include the Epic KOM in Watopia, or 3 Sisters if any races start using it.think i will try a race at C and see what happens - definitely cant keep up with B on flats or downhill
I tryed RGT but by God it's tough only managed around 7km till I've got my turbo bike back on the trainer I'm not doing that again.
Hopefully I'll be getting it back on tomorrow when a new BB comes as at the moment it's creaking like hell

The w/kg group limits add an additional wrinkle in that if you go over you get dq'd. So you want to be tucked into the draft under the w/kg limits anytime you're in the flats, leaving yourself some wiggle room on the w/kg to create gaps on the climbs.
