A picture speaks a thousand words
You're gonna have to start looking over your shoulders Tommy, I'm on my way!Promise?

I'll let you know when I get below 79kg .... I can see you're interested As I get closer to 70kg, you'll have to work harder on this hilly courses to stay away from this slowcoachI won’t have to look mate. I’ll just listen out for the bloke taking about his weight constantly
I couldn't see where you was so I had to assume you was still only a minute behind me. I wasn't pushing into the red, trying to save something back to react to you if you did suddenly start to catch me. I think that's one of the fun aspects of having lots of other riders on the course - it keeps you pushing all the way in case you suddenly get caught unawares!I started to fade badly on the last climb, lack of riding. Felt OK for 2/3rds of the ride.
Well done Carl, I tried to keep with you, your lower weight and better W/Kg left me on the hillls
I hit 980W off the line-Paul said we were gunning it.
Its the only bit to gloat
I was trying to hold a constant pace up the hills last night and not go into the red. Every time you kicked up to 4 w/kg I had to let you go as I couldn't match that. I was hoping we could stay together until the last descent then we could work together and maybe put some pressure on Bob. Unfortunately, once you kicked I knew I would be on my own until the end. Really enjoyed riding with you .... always nice to be with a fellow cyclechatterStill a power house, I’m at around 65kg & you wasn’t far behind!!

That will be a totally different race I thinkI couldn't see where you was so I had to assume you was still only a minute behind me. You'll have your revenge on the flatter courses where your power will dominate I just don't have the top end power like most of you, which is why I get dropped from the off and struggle to hold onto the lead groups.
I'm looking forward to the Alpe du Zwift (Road to Sky) stage in a few weeks time

Thanks for doing that! Trouble is I think I will be a no show for next week as well - anyway you could tell me what course it is so will do another time - also what was stage 2 ?League tables updated.....
An exciting battle is brewing between @CXRAndy and @Whorty , with only 2 seconds between them and 2 stages remaining. And neither has an excuse of missing a stage or not having raced in a stage. Andy will be looking to make his power count on the promised short and flat race next week.

Stages 1 and 2 were the Hare and Hounds races we did (hence the need to have a handicapped and non-handicapped table). I can't remember what the course was now. Thanks for doing that! @bridgy - are you able to indicate what the course for next week will be so @berty bassett and @CXRAndy and anyone else could potentially do it outside the race? If it's a TT then there'll be no drafting differences.
You can file the Caribbean thing away with Whorty’s scales. That would be handy. Although I won’t be able to do the race the week after either I could do them both solo either side of my Caribbean adventure (I haven’t mentioned that yet right? )
