Don’t worry - I have checked your stats for last night !
i know you have more power in the tank in reserve - but your ticker was up there ;)
- got to admit i was so lucky to have a friendly A take me under his wing , else i would have petered out a lot earlier
- but thurs is 15 mile :hyper::biggrin:
Blimey, my HR was on the high side considering my segment times wasn't it?! Hadn't realsised that.

I must be coming down with something - log that in the excuse book please Tommy in case I need it later :okay:

1. What flat should be
2. How I'll feel after riding this "flat" course

I mean we’re entering new territory everyday around here by the looks of it! Fair play for opening up a new chapter in the excuse book. “Things I might be coming down with at some point in the future chapter” :laugh:

(Zero our of ten) I think that’s actually a first! :thumbsup:

Tomorrow’s stage is going to be carnage I reckon! I think it’s too early in my recovery for me to expect too much from myself really. The flat can be arduous when you don’t have the lungs :heat:

But I fancy Andy putting in a good stint though and chasing Lee and Bridgy :smile:. That’s my prediction anyways. Then it’ll be about that last little lump in the rode.

You little tinker ^_^
It’s only 15 mile - think we can all go geronimo for 15 mile so any thing could happen - think it’s gonna be a close one

This week away isn't doing Me any good , 8 pints of Golden Hen last night and a plate full of pancakes with lemon juice and strawberry jam , and can not get out for a walk as it's peeing it down
I’m also out of town overeating for a week. Except instead of vacation at the coast , I’m installing new equipment. The time off the bike is bad enough but at the end of the day so worn out it’s eat and watch TV.

I cant comment about my performance. Im all over the place currently, i feel some days, like ive got sleeping sickness and run down, other days fine . Then, on top I developed undercarriage issues, from nowhere :sad:

Today I feel ok, lets see tomorrow!

That’s bad luck mate. Hopefully it’s one of those things that passes quickly.

Edit to add: 3 / 10 :okay:
