Thanks Dayvo

Anyway i did 22.6miles in 1:08 so 19.72mph average today. Only had that a short amount of time to ride, so had to power.
Lovely out in the rain, caught the school run, ooo the joy!!! Wheel spun which wasnt too bad, got slightly used to it now, was fun aswell.
I hate the lolly pop lady that made me sit there, and she could of just waved me through, she was just waiting for some kids that were far down the pavement. Hate the school mums aswell, just double parking trying to get closest to the school, nearly took a few mirrors of because they didnt want to give way and thought they could push through

Just over 5 miles, wanted to do more but got a puncture. Fixing it next to a pond, levering the tyre back on and, and yes you got it, the piggin' tyre lever flew off and into the pond!!! Got the puncture fixed, and home for brekky. Now off on the commute to work.

Quick 20 miles in the dark on a route I quite like. 2 miles from home got a puncture. Soddin' thing. Spare tube in and resume. Have got about 4 tubes that need fixing now, and no spares left. Tomorrow morning is a puncture repair period at Chez CP. Then it's off to Hull, Beverley, Bridlington and Dalby to watch the TOB.

29.4miles done today. Got an average of 18.9mph on the fixed:biggrin:
Did my good deed, stopped and helped this women and her son push their XC90 off the busy road. Ohhh that felt good. Another guy stopped and helped out. Was lighter then what i though, and we got that off the road. Its for sale aswell.
So theres a cheap XC90 going i think
Lovely ride though:smile:

Thought I'd go out after work. Got changed, checked bike, everything ok, get on bike, get about a mile and the heavens open up. Didn't put my waterproof in the back pocket, so came home and onto the indoor bike for an hour instead. Feel a bit of a fraud.

Nice 60miles today round lancashire, I took my winter bike out for the first time since the "summer" and the sun decided to shine!

Fixed bike, went out, tyre bulged, came home. Went out in the dark on hybrid instead and did about 7 miles to get a pint of milk.

Sometimes, they're the best rides. Her indoors and myself sometimes cycle a round trip of 12 miles to get fiish and chips...or 15 miles once to get a new PSU for this puter. People think your'e mad....but its even better when you combine a pleasurable ride, that has a purpose..and you've not used the car...its a triple whammy

Really enjoyed my 33 miles on the flat bar road bike (sirrus). The 1st half in daylight at not too great a pace, 15mph. I then stopped at the parents had dinner and watched the tour of Britain. The wind must of been behind me on the way back, 17.2 mph in the dark. After the night before last I bought a new couple of lights, Bespoke 1/2 watt front and rear. The Bspoke front in addition to my cateye EL410 were great for the country roads. They totally over powered my Smart Polaris II .
