Looks like a church tower, sits surrounded by gravestones - so it's a church. Or is it?

I turned round and saw this.

Clearly signed as
Sint-Antonius van Paduakerk.

As far as I can make out many churches had separate towers which were located to facilitate messages being sent from village to village.

Not 100% sure that is a church in the cemetery, but close enough. In Agios Ilia, Western Peloponese.
