It's the forum swear filter. It replaces various "bad" words with unusual alternatives. "peanut" and "daffodil" are two such. I'm not sure what words, but if you're interested you could experiment and find out.
I think it highlights the dangers of substituting words in a swear filter. A profanity which many would find unacceptable is removed. The substitute word has a modern slang meaning which is a derogatory reference to gay men and cross-dressers, has other gentler but still derogatory vibes when used more generally.
It doesn't work.
