Some...most in fact. But in the centre of town its still a free for all. Steady on...no helmet!Pop out to the edges on a weekend, you'll see they both own sporty looking bikes, and wear sporty looking clothing (including plastic hats) when riding them rather than the shoot they ride every day in the city.
We'll be riding in the city next weekend. Without helmets on.
