Who enjoys walking in the rain?

Mrs Salad and I lead a walking group once a week, and we go in all weathers except snow or extreme winds. I find it oddly enjoyable to walk in rain, providing I have the full waterproofs on.

I used to do a lot of kayaking, and remember one particular weekend at the inland waterways festival at Henley, where I helped run "come and try it" kayak sessions. It hammered down all weekend, but sitting in my kayak with a good dry top on, and my legs dry and protected inside the kayak, it could rain all it wanted.......

Depends on how much wind is blowing and as others have said being equipped for the conditions

I find it's the strength and direction of the wind that makes all the difference.
