A local one confuses me. Its not one I use normally but yesterday and today due to queuing traffic where it starts I have.
It is on the east side of a north-south road so heading north you are on the wrong side of the carriageway. Its northern end termainates at a pedestrain crossing which has a cycle light included. In this Google aerial
the cycle track in under the trees bottom route as far as the crossing forward of the car waiting at the lights in the left turn lane. There is no provision on the opposite pavement and cycling marking reoccur to the north of the junction on the west side of the carriageway. The crossing on the north side of the junction appears to operate in parallel with the southern one. So heading north with the green cycle light lit I came off the cycle track and pedalled straight through the northern crossing which had its green pedestrian lights lit .
