What's the worst place you've been to

For me in Scotland it's got to be Cumbernauld. Just a real toilet with no soul

In England it's got to be South Sheilds - Put myself through a tiling course a few years back to save money by not having to pay contractors. Met some good guys on the course that made it slightly bearable but the pubs, restuarants and shops were rotten.

I was staying where all the B&Bs where and loads of contractors were based during the week, who were working locally. The only good thing was the pubs were full of wee tarts with very little clothing on trying to get drinks bought for them.

Not that I was tempted but it's amazing what a girl from the area will do for a Bacardi Breezer in the middle of a busy pub!

Went to Salford once... never again. It was for an course interview at Salford Uni. The day after Cantona did the kung-fu on the palace fan

Was sat in the greasy spoon opposite the uni at 8am listening to the locals talk about how Fergie couldn't stand by him this time and how he'd gone too far. Also I saw road rage incident with a guy who looked like he had a broken nose in a dressing already! Almost got into a fist fight in the street with another driver. CHarming area... NOT!

Amesbury....stayed there one night en route to a wedding in Gloucestershire. What an absolute dive. Full of chavvy forces personnel driving around in lowered ford cr*ptinas or the ilk and the most cheesy horrific pubs I've ever seen.
