The possibility of sitting on the toilet the next day shitting through the eye of a needle . That's the reason not to bother eating food that is 6 years old
you really really don't understand
PRESERVING do you.
in 2007 when we were clearing under the stairs at my dads after my mum was placed into the care home ( the hoarding was just a minor symptom of the dementia ) it had jars of pickled onions in it buried at the rear , my mother last made pickled onions when I was in school so that was coming close to 20 years old. they were lovely , far far better than any of the haywards rubbish.
we found catering tins of fruit pie fillings, mincemeat ( for mince pies , not minced meat FFS) , dried soups, tins of everything imaginable. some of it with no best before dates on as they had been bought before they existed.
all tasted absolutely fine and I had no sitting on the bog issues.
more likely to get the trots from a ready meal
