What TV are you watching?

Thats weird.
Do you just do an update scan? If so a full scan channel scan may resolve it. If you are doing a full scan try a factory reset. If it stll not storing try Toshiba's website to see if there is any furnware update available.

I usually do a full scan but will check as you say, thanks

Just for interest I watched the first maybe 20mins. I thought the colour was very well done.
...but what really struck me is how reminiscent of Blackadder Goes Forth it was! Hard to believe that Rowan and team were not influenced by it.

Our 2012 Toshiba 26” won’t hold the BBC channels. I complained to BBC but they were unconcerned, typical.

It’s not really the BBCs problem that your 12 year old TV isn’t working.
I suggest that Toshiba are probably more at fault.

What can be a problem caused by the broadcaster is varying the coding of transmitted signal and the tv maker not providing a firmware patch for it. My previous TV first ran into that with ITV HD and then BBC1 HD, but it would still retune and retain those channels.
