Just binge-watched the last 4 episodes on iplayer with 'er indores. Really well done. Great script, lots of good twists and turns, excellent acting all round, and the cinematography is cracking. Looking forward to watching series 2.

Shooter on Netflix. Season one was good, as it was an extended version of the film, but it's floundering without a half decent plot. Also watching Preacher and Into The Badlands on Prime and both of these seem to be aimlessly meandering along, too...

M*A*S*H, last night, after getting in from work

('Blood Brothers')

An episode centreing around Father Mulcahey, & a visit from a Cardinal
It featured a young Patrick Swayze, as an injured GI, who was diagnosed with Leukemia as part of the plot

Mulcaheys irritation, as he tried to prepare for the visit, against the GIs (Swayzes) reluctance to seek treatment for himself, until his buddy was conscious, & out of danger
A real attention holder, & almost tear-jerker!!

Take 5 minutes, & see what you think..……………

Black mirror (Netflix). Charlie Brookers series. I have been watching these over the weekend. Very entertaining so far.

Only just got round to starting the most recent series a few days ago... the first one wasn't at all bad considering it starred Matt (bloody) Damon.

Enjoyed the latest series of Unforgotten. I hope they leave it there but i suspect there'll be another series.

I've given up on The Cul-de-Sac, an NZ teen sci-fi that started out quite well but this 3rd series is just getting daft. The vampire was the final straw!

Aussie crime drama Dead Lucky was OK... but not sure it all added up in the end.

The new Bletchley Circle is pitiful compared to the first series (which wasn't that good)... in fact it's rather poor compared to Diagnosis Murder.

Unforgotten was rather good, not a big fan of the soap aspect but its about the characters so understandable.

That should be the end with her retiring after a 30 year stint, take the money and run ..

Really enjoying Shock and Awe: The Story of Electricity on BBC4. It’s reawakening a passion I had as a youth that set me on the path to doing an Electonics degree at university (UMIST) and pursuing a career in Communications.

M*A*S*H last night

An early episode, well before Henry Blake died
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Major_Fred_C._Dobbs

Hawkeye & Trapper, humiliate Frank so much that he demands a transfer
It backfires, as they have to cover his workload too, so they work on his greed/love of money to keep him there

The cast seemingly didn't like it, but I did!

Wednesday evening; Tuesdays episode of Gotham
Jerome is dead, & buried
His followers are holding a graveside meeting, when a (female) clown-like figure rides up on a motorbike...………………

Cue mayhem....
