What are you doing this VERY minute?

Add the prawns at the last minute, else they'll go rubbery.

I am having a :cuppa: and a Min Spy.
 
Oh i don't know. :unsure: I saw some big raw/grey ones complete with head and tail that looked like they'd need a good few minutes frying to make them edible.:unsure:

A minute a side, tops*. I love those big king or tiger prawns. Umm, so do my cats... :blush:

No, seriously, prawns are much like fresh sweetcorn - if you overcook it, you end up with something tough and very chewy.

* with butter and garlic, or with a little thai red curry paste... :hungry:

As usual I start off making something simple, but then decide to complicate it.:rolleyes: I've just chucked some fresh ginger and coriander in.
