The last time i was up your way was a sunny Sunday afternoon in the mid 1980's, with my then lady friend. She had a Mini Mayfair and we drove to Walney Island. Life seemed much simpler and pleasurable then!🧐

In terms of autumnal, it's sort of a halfway house between the Accy and Lazybloke residences here chez Casa Reynard. My purple oak is very red, my norwegian maple is very yellow, my silver birches are half bare, but everything else is still (mostly) green.

As for what I'm doing now, I'm eating salted peanuts and drinking tea.

I find that it keeps it from growing chutes. What about the Pimm's strawberry, tangerine and mint preserve? I think it's rather posh!🧐

Making corned beef hash for my supper (and today's tea), but using leeks instead of onions as the leeks needed using up quickly before they dried up. I must add that the leeks smell very nice as they cook in my slow cooker.
