I went at about 11am, no queue, decent amount of stuff left, the one thing I didn't see I was able to pick up on line for no more money. I'm only interested in RSD stuff you generally won't find elsewhere not just some repackaged old tat although the LP I bought online was an Elvis one which had no new tracks to me and probably falls into the 'repackaged tat' category for most but I wanted it for no other reason than I wanted it. I quite like RSD.

We went in to Stroud at about 9 am, no queues there but it was quite busy, I did buy something but what I went for wasn't there. I did get it on-line subsequently but I think I did pay through the hooter a bit for it. Badlands in Cheltenham had bands etc on and as I said there was queue to get in, it doesn't help that more than about 4 people will fill that place.
At the risk of thread derailment (throwing myself at Mods mercy), how are you getting on with that RCM? That's something else I've promised myself but haven't got round to buying yet.

Need any help with them? I'm willing.

Record cleaning machine you got for your birthday.

Ahhh OK, it's great, really works well, the difference before and after is very noticeable - recommend it. Go for the Mark 2 as you get a little turny handle and stuff. And the drying rack is inside the main body of the cleaner, I was ready to complain but found it just in time!

If you like it TVC I recommend this CD, the sound quality and material is outstanding, you can usually pick it up from non tax paying online emporiums like Amazon for less than £2.

I've become slightly obsessed with finding versions of "I am A Poor Wayfaring Stranger".

So far, I really like the version that's in "The Broken Circle Breakdown".

...although there's a cracking version by Bill Monroe and his Bluegrass Boys that I've had for ages.

My youngest has been searching out versions of "Country Roads", which turned up this little gem;

I found a 2nd version by Eva.
