Sorry, I know it isn't really a laughing matter - but it is probably preferable to sone of the musical choices in this thread (except mine - which are all in the best possible taste - as Kenny Everett used to say!)

It's ok. It's not too bad (inner ear problem) and it hasn't affected me psychologically like it does.some folk. My teenage years spend listening to Black Sabbath probably didn't help much!

Well you only have yourself to blame then! I bet your parents warned you that listening to noise like that would make you go deaf......

That's what I thought I was listening to , turned out it was a high pitched noise coming from the virgin media box in the bedroom .

My ashma cough and the sound of the woodburner on full throttle. I have simple tastes. Also I have yet to pick up a radio station with a bog standard radio. Binned it ages ago. May ask for a digital radio for Christmas.
