As for me, new Aphex Twin album, Kode 9 and the Spaceape's EP, and the third of Hyperdub's 10th Anniversary compilations.

Phil and Dave played Johnny Ace when I saw them last week, really entertaining pre-song patter from Dave too.

I haven't got much time for much of their more recent stuff but at this time they were magnificent. I loved 'Heima' too, both film and album. But then I'm a big fan of the more melodic parts of Mogwai which probably explains a lot.

Try Valtari, much more laid back and ambient.

Just finished a couple of old favourites, Anticapital and Misery Index. For whatever reason my listening seems seasonal, so I will be winding down to slower, more atmospheric albums over the next few weeks, but this pair from the might of Assuck are a pretty fitting send off.

Agreed, that's my favourite Sigur Ros album, and I have all of theirs (I think?).
