The day started well, Up early, two cups of fresh ground coffe then out for a run. Back home to a bowl of porridge with a couple of pitted dates and half a banana mixed in followed by a browse of the cyclechat community. " That's a strange thread title I thought, and a word I've not met before ". Little did I realise the rabbit hole I was about to enter. A visit to " Scientific Explorer " ( https://sciexplorer.blogspot.com/2015/08/amplituhedron-for-rest-of-us.html ) has left me with a slight headache, and only a teeny bit wiser. 🤔

Yes it can be quite a head scramble an education.

Wasn't so sunny before lunch so trimmed a bit of tree, washed a car. Bike ride after lunch, lovely and sunny, stopped near home to chat to a neighbour at about 1730 and could feel the temperature dropping quickly! Home with the fire on now.
