Guess which Friday my old from back in the days vets footie team were due to fly from LHR to Rome for their annual tour fixture and fun weekend?

Para mi, football? With these knees? They're moaning enough after several hours weeding and cleaning garden beds, soil v dry just now, ahead of the overnight incoming wet stuff. Timing all good.

Hot soak to come, give the knees and joints some payback. And I might just have a glass, or 2.

I to got out for a ride despite the wind. We then had our first alfresco meal of the year, we got the raclette machine out but the wind was so cold the griddle didn’t heat up and the cheese barely melted. We looked a right pair sat there in down jackets with fire pit blazing away.😎
