WFH this morning. As a bonus I've got the afternoon off and am going racing at Brands Hatch (only virtually though). Quick coffee before my meeting kick off...

Short sleep again as early alarm to walk hounds before run with a pal (too far for older hound). Work snizzle since, few meetings and then later is maybe another run or even a bike ride 😳 and a swim before picking up peg leg wife from the cinema

The day started well, Up early, two cups of fresh ground coffe then out for a run. Back home to a bowl of porridge with a couple of pitted dates and half a banana mixed in followed by a browse of the cyclechat community. " That's a strange thread title I thought, and a word I've not met before ". Little did I realise the rabbit hole I was about to enter. A visit to " Scientific Explorer " ( https://sciexplorer.blogspot.com/2015/08/amplituhedron-for-rest-of-us.html ) has left me with a slight headache, and only a teeny bit wiser. 🤔

they had a couple of bottles near end, so brought me both, it's harrods bubbly, i'm a regular so i can ask for my usual, saves time
