Have you got a workable plan, should you have to leave there?

I've been looking at private rents and other housing associations,who allow pets. What pees me off is that they told me the other week that you can't move within the association to another of their properties till you've been with them for 5 years. yet when the council came to evict me form the "fire hazard" flat,they said to me "Once you get your foot on the council house ladder you can move anywhere". They conveniently forgot to tell me that you have to be with them for 5 years first though.

Legally,and may i add that i drove today like i was taking my test all those years ago .Perfect road positioning,correct observation of the speed limit,perfect indicating,allowing other road users to know exactly where i'm going,unlike most other vehicles i see, and courtesy in allowing those drivers not as good and experienced as myself the benefit of the doubt,regarding their obvious stupidity.

Did you really think it was free? Like, actually without cost? When I moved into halls as an 18 year old our utilities were included in our very overpriced rent. I realised even then that nothing was truly free.
