I did my first ever club 10 TT last night at the age of 61.:eek:
Used my Focus Cayo road bike.

Did a 29:33 but I reckon I could have taken a minute or two off that time as I didn't get any Strava PRs anywhere on the course. Think I was pacing myself too much as I felt fresh enough to average 18.3 mph on the 8 mile ride home.:smile:

There seems to be a lot of cycle chatters embarking on TT's at the moment, all good stuff, get yourselves onto the "TT forum" section and post your thoughts, there's a few of us regularly posting our results and progress (or lack of it :whistle:)

Well i been back at it from a 2 week break ( 1week to see the local races and the other week because of the national champs) last week i posted a 31:37 so ten seconds slower then tonight i go and post a 30:44 think it came from riding more last week
