A quick question : Indoor cycling - is that racing on rollers and using something like Zwift ? Is so, how can it last 3 days, or does it go for a really long time ?

maybe having announced "squads" the actual line up doesn't have to be announced until just before each event starts???

Not sure what to believe with the Girmay visa issue. Intermarche say he’s injured and the Eritraeans are saying none of the team have been refused although some are pending. While nothing would surprise me, it may be this is a Twitter storm. Anyway, shame he is not riding.

Off down to Glasgow on Saturday have tickets for the hospitality in George Square for the men's elite race and popping through to Stirling for the ITT , will catch some of the other races and events while there.

Do we know who is riding what for GB? I've seen a long list, is Cav fit? Is Pidders going road or MTB? ...and other questions...
That is pretty shoot from our Home office if we cant get Visa's sorted for one of the favorites FFS.
