think postage would be more than its worth mate
if you wanted a certain part of it then it might be worth it - you could even change route a bit when your here , pass my house , pick up bit you want - i wont be here but would leave it out for you - would be a quieter route any way !

I was being a smartass. Just like Whorty said about a ridiculous request to deliver Turbo Tommy's Watt bike to Australia. You're just too nice.

Managed to cram in a 100km ride this morning taking in a couple of hills steep enough to warrant a mention as training for the DD. A 17% followed by a 15%. Both quite short so not too testing but a start.

I’ve heard that from a few people lately about potholes. I know we’ve had quite a harsh winter but still... Hopefully the new financial year brings a bit of goodwill.

Ive noticed some of the rough patchs and big holes have been filled in and noticed as well they've marked out for some much bigger repairs on certain stretches

Quick question for anyone using the element with ride with gps. Anyone remember how to upload rides from rideswithgps to the element? Do you go to the routes page on the element and press sync, while you have ridewithgps open on the app or desktop?

I only ask because I think this is right but I’m not 100%

It would be easy to check if it was a new route because it would then be obvious if a new route apeared on the element. But I’ve edited an old route slightly and I can’t tell if it’s changed on the bolt. Hope that makes sense...

Sorry I'm using Komoot. It works great and Berty was able to give me a route that synced to the Elemnt

Cheers Randy. For what it’s worth the method I was using was correct. I’ve got a new router with a different password which confused things slightly.

I’ve never heard of komoot Randy. Did the ride go from strava to komoot to the element? Or just from komoot to the element? I only ask because if it originated from Strava then turn by turn direction won’t work I don’t think.

From Komoot right to the Elemnt. I tested it and it had the full turn by turn.

Edit .Extremely user friendly. I just put in my hotels and picked what kind of cycling and it creates the route.
