Where's the list of qualifiers on the website? I can see the results but is there also a separate list?

Ah, think I was looking at 2017 results

I took the day off work to spend some time with my daughter. The fact I’m wrecked is obviously a complete coincidence...

That’s the hardest I’ve ever gone in the real world. 80 miles with no stops at that pace is quite a nice marker. I don’t regret pushing so hard but it’ll take a few days before my legs are talking to me again. My knee is quite sore today but my shoulder is fine, so hopefully the routine I’ve got is paying off.

If I’m being honest it was also nice finishing at the front. It doesn’t feel like a victory. And not because I like rubbing your faces in the dirt (well not much anyway.... :cuppa:). But because I’ve come along way the last few years fitness wise and it’s nice to be seeing tangible results.

The jerseys were all posted Friday by the way so hopefully everyone else should be getting them today or tomorrow (sorry I didn't get a chance to do it sooner)
In the office today so won't see post until I get home later ... getting v excited that my top will be waiting for me :hyper:

You rode really well mate - that's OK, you can milk it :notworthy:

If I hadn't stopped with cramp wit 5 miles to go, I wonder if we'd have chosen to roll over the line together (:highfive:) or whether it would have turned into a sprint finish (:boxing:)!

Are you saying @bobinski didn't finish with you? Was he behind you a long way?

(I don't really know why I'm taking the P out of Bob with the DD coming up and he will get his revenge with cream on top after that :surrender: )

Anyone else’s legs not wanting to work properly today?

A little bit crampy last night, but actually pretty well recovered for general moving about. I wouldn't want to try a hard workout, then I'd expect to feel what damage I did yesterday

I did stop for water!

The same thought occurred to me as I hit the home straight. It would of been brilliant to have crossed the line with you. But I did wonder whether it would of played out like that when we saw the flag ^_^.

I'd definitely have been STRONGLY campaigning for the :highfive: finish!! There was no sprint left in my legs :surrender:

I was surprised to see that I averaged 22mph for that last 5 miles after the my cramp stop though - was it all downhill or something?!!

I know you're only joking, but nothing to take the P out of unfortunately Whorty - Bob was only 10 minutes behind me (along with Norry). All down to a couple of key moments when you either missed latching onto a particular group or not really - very much like a Zwift race - but much longer and more dangerous! I think we got split up on one of the hills near the start - I'd spotted a group I wanted to stay with so pushed hard to stay with them up the hill and I remember Tommy saying he was doing 700 watts to keep up with the group too at that point
