Morning.
Bright with evidence of dampness overnight.
Back to work Day 2. Well, just 2.5 hours again. Have to admit I had a snooze yesterday afternoon.
Hopefully avoid any more seagull strafing on my journey.

Morning

Dull and damp and grey and cool with intermittent very slightly bright bits. Meh.

Today I shall be mowstly measuring and calculating stuff and working out how many 440 x 215's make up x and y minus apertures for access and light.

Much coffee needed for such head scratchings.

Got a quick 20 miler in this morning, currently warming my toes back to life again.
Busy day ahead, new minion doing a few taster days to assess suitability.

It was tanking down in deepest darkest Kent this morning when I walked to the station, lucky I packed the brolly. Junior heads back to uni today for her last term and finals, back in June - hopefully with a qualification. No more uni fees and rent to sub after that - yay.

Got beers in town tonight with the old uni mob, should be a good laugh.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
Dull, overcast, damp some rain overnight . Weather warnings for heavy rainfall today and tomorrow. But of a difference from last week

Slow start as no running and just had to concentrate on getting my hotel breakfast

Work stuff all day and then head back, maybe a swim or maybe the pub, time will tell. Do need to pack though

I wish. Fair bit of potting up of tomatoes, cucumbers etc. And had a structural engineer (at last) come and take a look at what is possible / not possible building-wise for me to redesign the morning sun end of the house into a kitchen diner space. The Project inches forward.
