I've just added some fresh coriander to a slow cooker meal I'm making. I must say that coriander is the nicest smelling 'add to food' thing I think I've ever smelt.🧐

Unless you have the "coriander soap gene".....

I've been getting very annoyed lately! I visit my dad's grave about 4 to 5 times a week. For the last few weeks the flowers I've had in that flower holder have been like they are in the photo when I get there. My thoughts were that some sicko thinks they're having a bit of a laugh by pulling the flowers out and placing them on the grass. Not only that, but most of the water has gone, even though I top it up every time I visit. Then yesterday I had a text message from a 'cemetery friend' saying she'd seen a young deer near my dad's grave, late one evening. Yes, It looks like a thirsty deer is pulling the flowers out to get at the water in that flower holder. So today I'm going to put a plastic box I keep bird seen in, in my car boot next to my dad's grave full of water. Maybe I should put a few carrots there as well? 🤔

I put the water filled plastic box next to my dad's grave this aft'. I also put what's left of those flowers back, to see if they'll be taken out again. If they aren't and that full to the brim container isn't full tomorrow I'll know for sure it's a deer after a good drink!! I also messaged my cemetery friend, asking her to put a piece of wood in the container tonight to act as a ladder in case any small animal falls in and can't climb out.

Funny how animals, birds and insects go for man made things, thinking they're food etc. I have a purple, floral themed walking stick. The other day a bee was trying to get to the 'flowers' and getting very annoyed when I kept walking, not letting it settle on the 'flowers'.
