I've just tried to open a 1 year online bond with the Co-op bank. At the end of the process I got an email saying that I would receive a letter at my home address telling me how to complete the process. It took nearly a week to arrive. When I tried to do it a message popped-up on the screen saying there was insufficient evidence to verify my identity and to phone a landline number during working hours.

I've now opened a bond with one of their competitors. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

It happens here too!

I would like to say to the first of these shopping trolley dumpers - "You are a lazy b*st*rd - those are bicycle stands, NOT a trolley storage area! The actual trolley area is just up that little ramp over there."

And to the subsequent shopping trolley dumpers - "You are ALL lazy b*st*rds - those are bicycle stands, NOT a trolley storage area! And just because someone else has done it before you, doesn't mean that it is okay for YOU to do it too!"

After a few hectic hours at work I sometimes want to just take my lunch break relaxing and will often just sit there quietly reading a book.
There's one person though, who will come into the rest room and insists that he's got to sit there, and franticly flick through multiple til tok or YouTube shorts looking for videos to watch with the volume in his phone turned up full.
That's all you hear from it ,is burst of manic noises for around a few seconds before he swipes to the next video.
It's annoys me that much I end up either having my lunch break in the my car or sitting outside when it's nice to avoid him
