I'd hate to incur the wrath of LD but of the ones who aren't staying at Newbridge, CCelt &bro, Banjo, Pubby and his BiL are all driving so it would make logistical sense for CCelt and his bro to drive/ride to the pub in Newbridge for the start.

In other news, I have superglued a split in my tyre - never done it before but Ducky says he has...

I have succesfully glued small slits with superglue. Failed on bigger ones though.

I'm going to go to the pub at Newbridge on Friday night as that seems to be where the greatest number of people are. Then go with the flow on Saturday morning.
nb. assuming I stop nearby on Friday night, then if people want to drive to LW on Sat morning, I can fit 2 more bikes on the back of the motorhome if that helps.

By the time we load/unload bikes and feck about with clothes etc it'll be quicker just riding to the start.

It's only 5 6 7 8 9 10 miles or so...

I received an e-mail this afternoon informing me that my new bike with nice triple chainset and lots of big sprockets has been sent...pity it'll arrive when we are riding the route and I shall have to just use my double chainset with as large as spockets as possible.

By "feck about with clothes" I was meaning "remove all our clothes in order to get a decent pic for TMN"...

In any case I don't mind if we ride, drive or whatever and where the ride starts from. It's LD's ride so he should get the final say! What say you LD... we ride from Newbridge to LW, as originally planned and roll from the loch lake?
