My training has taken a hit, with a week and a bit off due to a cold, still hacking and wheezing this week and 2 fecking weeks of jury service next. I'll have to hit the turbo.

That's poor timing Rich. Couldn't they have put your trial back........I mean, postponed your jury service (sorry, for a minute I forgot the line you wanted us to trot out).

You're young, slim, fit, into TT's (albeit, dressed as Abe Lincoln), have an uber-light bike and you've just done 87 miles !

. . . . . . . . I'd settle for any one of those things . . . apart from the dressing up as Abe Lincoln .
